Together with our partner Frequentis, we developed within a few weeks an AI prototype for emergency call centers to save lives!
Our specially trained AI understands the language of the caller in milliseconds (Speech-to-Text) and recognizes the basic conditions of emergencies (Natural Language Understanding), which is then processed and passed on to the emergency call software.
The right cooperation partner at the right time is often the key to success: ONDEWO and Frequentis were specifically connected through aws Industry-Startup.Net. Prosperous cooperation was thereby initiated, and niche expertise was combined with the most modern AI knowledge in safety-critical environments. This will save lives even more effectively in the future.
The ONDEWO team consisted of Dr. Andreas S. Rath, Gabriel Angel Amarista Rodrigues, Robert Injac, Andrey Ryskin, Ph.D., who trained the AI and implemented the optimizations. This lighthouse project shows what the ONDEWO AI can do for the public sector.
