We followed the call of the BMK and the BMDW and submitted our innovative solution to the IÖB Summercalls.
The IÖB Summercalls offers businesses with innovative solutions the possibility to present their innovations and get in touch with the public sector. The IÖB awarded seal allows us to present our innovative AI solution on the IÖB Innovation Platform. So we can spread the word about how our ONDEWO Call Center AI can support a lot of industries, ranging from energy to logistics, finance, and of course the public sector. We help businesses as well as the public sector to improve their efficiency and accelerate their digital transformation.
To be honored with this award you have to submit your innovation and let it get evaluated by a jury of experts. The IÖB expert jury reviews and considers the entire submission documents and evaluates them on the following criteria:
- Level of development
- Degree of innovation
- Applicability in public administration
- Ecological sustainability
- Economic potential
- Social added value
- Suitability
