With our unique AI, we make an innovative contribution to the on-demand economy. ONDEWO Call Center AI enables companies to answer customer requests immediately without wasting any second in waiting loops.

Our self-developed novel AI approach is a significant innovation leap for the human machine communication of the future.

It is based on numerous in-house developed Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms for Speech-to-Text (S2T), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Text-to-Speech (T2S).
